Terms of Service
- Prohibited Content on PSB Hosting Servers
- Information violating the intellectual property rights of third parties;
- Distribution of personal data of third parties;
- Malicious software causing harm to third parties (viruses, trojans, port scanning programs, brute force tools, stealers, parsers, etc.);
- Pornographic materials (including links to such resources);
- Fraud in any form;
- Cryptocurrency mining;
- Propagation of violence, extremism, racism;
- Publishing any materials contrary to the legislation of Europe, the USA, and other countries, except materials related to journalistic activities and freedom of speech recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
- Rights and Obligations of Parties
- The client agrees not to violate hosting rules;
- Violation of hosting behavior rules by the client may result in termination of hosting services;
- The client is obliged to pay for the services provided in a timely manner;
- Untimely payment for services may result in termination of hosting services;
- psb-hosting.pro reserves the right to refuse to provide services unilaterally without explanation;
- psb-hosting.pro is not responsible for losses caused by actions of our clients to third parties;
- psb-hosting.pro is not responsible for losses caused to clients by temporary unavailability of servers;
- psb-hosting.pro is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure circumstances;
- These rules may be changed or supplemented unilaterally at any time without additional notice.
- Technical Support Obligations:
- Ensure the operability of all hosting services;
- Promptly resolve all issues affecting hosting operability;
- Provide uninterrupted access to client servers and promptly eliminate all issues hindering this;
- Provide the client with all information related to the service upon request.
- Technical Support is NOT Obliged to:
- Install or configure software for the client, which they cannot install themselves for any reason;
- Train the client on how to use servers;
- Restore the operation of websites whose failure was caused by the client's lack of knowledge;
- Provide technical support to third parties.
We always strive to help clients, even if it is not our obligation.
- Payment, Refund Policy:
- Refunds are possible if the server stops working due to our fault;
- Servers stopped for violating usage rules are not eligible for monetary refunds;
- Refunds are processed within 24-72 hours;
- The client can receive a refund of up to 30% of the server cost if they opt out of services within the first 20 days.
- Timeframe for Removing Suspended Services:
- Services are removed 30 days after suspension.
- Automatic renewal of services includes the deletion of services 48 hours after expiration.
